Position Summary
Lead pharmacy operations supporting JRA Health’s acute care home infusion and specialty infusion programs.
The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for ensuring medications are prepared, compounded, verified, dispensed, and delivered safely and accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations.
- Lead pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.
- Oversee medication preparation, compounding, verification, dispensing, and delivery.
- Oversee sterile IV compounding.
- Maintain compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, and applicable regulations.
- Manage medication inventory and purchasing.
- Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Manage staff training and competency.

The Intake Coordinator serves as an important connection between patients, referral sources, sales, operations, pharmacy, nursing, and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new patient admissions.
- Obtain required referral documentation.
- Review referrals for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and maintain patient charts in the EHR.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Obtain required insurance authorizations.
- Communicate with insurance providers.
- Complete start-of-care documentation.
- Communicate patient financial responsibility when applicable.
- Coordinate with sales and operations.
- Communicate with physician offices and referral sources.
- Identify missing information and resolve admission barriers.

Provide high-quality infusion therapy to patients in their homes and ambulatory infusion settings.
The Home Infusion Field Nurse supports JRA Health’s commitment to providing seamless, personalized care at home for patients requiring complex and specialty infusion therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV medications and infusion therapies.
- Provide infusion care in patient homes and ambulatory settings.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Monitor patient condition throughout therapy.
- Maintain PICC, Midline, and peripheral IV access.
- Provide vascular access care.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Explain medications, infusion procedures, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
- Participate in individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate changes in patient condition.
